Job Description:
As a AI Engineer, you will be at the forefront of developing and deploying scalable AI models that drive our marketplace’s core functionalities. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate advanced AI technologies that significantly improve our product features and user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deploy LLMs and VLMs using PyTorch, Hugging Face libraries, and other relevant AI technologies.
Implement and optimize generative AI models to enhance content creation, personalization, and recommendation algorithms.
Design and implement robust MLOps pipelines for model training, testing, and deployment.
Collaborate with product teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical specifications and AI solutions.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in AI, incorporating new technologies and methodologies to maintain competitive advantage.
Mentor junior engineers and lead by example in coding practices, design reviews, and exploratory research initiatives.
