Vendor Performance Manager

Job Description

  • Prepare different strategies and plans for performance improvement of different cohorts of sellers.
  • Analyze data to identify issues and areas for seller growth
  • Create reports for internal and external stakeholders to track and improve performance of the sellers.
  • Provide hands-on contribution of developing and writing proposals
  • Track seller activities in terms of item sold, sell amount, assortment
  • Track operation (delay, cancellation and return of orders)
  • Set sale targets and trace them.
  • Automate the work process in order to manage thousands of sellers' performance.
  • Plan and execute campaigns and promotions.
  • Tend to churned vendors and
  • Execute strategies to empower sellers
  • Plan and execute promotion sponsorships to drive sale targets
